About

Charis has a Bachelor's degree in Music Education from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire where she studied piano and oboe. She has her Master's degree in English as a Second Language (ESL) from Edgewood College.

She has taught music for over a decade in the United States as well as in China.

Besides teaching, practicing, and performing music, Charis enjoys spending time with her husband and sweet baby, participating in triathlons, doing yoga, and traveling.

Fun fact: the name Charis means "grace" in Greek!
